Academic Versatility Through Comprehensive Curriculum
Program Structure: The curriculum structure is two-dimensional, giving you solid conceptual knowledge of principal management disciplines while allowing you flexibility in your degree path by allowing you to choose an elective from multiple disciplines.
Customizable Majors and Minors: Students can customise their degree paths by selecting a major (24 credits) and a minor (12 credits) from one of the following focused areas – Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, HRM or Entrepreneurship.
Electives: There are many courses to choose from in the program that can include AI for Managers, Fintech, Generative AI, and Social Entrepreneurship as part of your elective course offerings.
Hands-On & Cooperative Learning
Experiential Learning: The program incorporates a high level of experiential learning through development of collaborative skills in Group Discussions, Case Studies and Projects simulating real business scenarios.
Multidisciplinary Action Project (MAP): Each student will complete a 6 Cred capstone MAP project, during which they integrate knowledge from various disciplines to develop solutions to real business problems.
Control over Industry Readiness: Students are mandated to complete an internship related to their educational background as part of their experiential learning; the students are expected to complete a work-experience reflection to support the enhancement of their professional development.
Managerial Competence Through a Global & Ethical Perspective
Managerial Competence: The program offers an analytical approach to developing and enhancing your analytical abilities and your ability to make strategic decisions for a two-year duration.
Global Perspective: The program offers international opportunities for students to develop their global competency; students will also develop their ethical sense of responsibility and develop a feeling of respect for diversity as a part of their managerial practice.
Analytical Focus: The program is focused on using the latest technologies available to develop and enhance analytical capabilities such as Business Analytics, Machine Learning and Cloud Computing.
